Digitide Business Solutions is hiring experienced Telesales Executives for a banking client. The candidate will be responsible for selling credit card products to customers through outbound/inbound calling and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.
Explain credit card features, perks, eligibility and offers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure quality service.
Adhere to company and banking process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Card Sales / BFSI Sales / BPO Sales.
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Candidates should be comfortable with telesales and target-based work.
Versant V5 communication assessment required.
