Lead Contracts & Procurement activities for large-scale real estate projects. ( We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with expertise in quantity estimation, contractor billing, subcontract management, cost control, and commercial activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects. )
Manage tendering, vendor evaluation, negotiations and contract finalisation.
Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and commercial evaluation.
Manage contract administration, billing and certification.
Ensure cost control and adherence to project budgets.
Review contractual terms and identify commercial/contractual risks.
Coordinate with Project, Design, Finance and Procurement teams.
Drive cost optimisation and timely procurement.
Manage contractors, consultants and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, EPC or Top Contracting Companies with robust experience in C&P; / Contracts / Commercial / QS functions.
