About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our client services team.
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the day-to-day experience of our existing clients. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and the internal advisory team, ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and that clients receive the required support throughout their journey with Silvermax Capitals.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, following up consistently, understanding their concerns, and coordinating internally to get issues resolved.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
