Position: Biryani & Roll Chef

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality Chicken & Veg Biryani with consistent taste and presentation.
Prepare different varieties of Chicken, Egg & Veg Rolls.
Handle biryani preparation, marination, cooking, and portion control.
Prepare fillings, sauces, chutneys, and other roll ingredients.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and quantity.
Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage ingredient requirements and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy hours.
Follow standard recipes and maintain timely order preparation.
Assist in developing current biryani and roll varieties when required.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Biryani Chef / Roll Chef / Indian Chef.
Strong knowledge of biryani preparation and roll-making techniques.
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume hours.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.
