Responsibilities
Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding credit processes.
Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and analyze credit trends and patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Implement and maintain credit scoring models and systems, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness.




Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to credit processing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using credit scoring models and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with banking and financial services industry is preferred.
