We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to join our growing Data Science / Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and solving real-world business problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
Develop and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, NLP, and other use cases.
Perform feature engineering and select appropriate algorithms based on business requirements.
Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques.
Work with Data Engineering teams to develop and maintain data pipelines.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor model performance and retrain or optimize models whenever required.





Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with robust relevant hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics may also be considered.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R.
Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Valuable understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.
Valuable knowledge of SQL and databases.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or similar visualization tools.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or other Big Data technologies.
Knowledge of MLOps and machine learning model deployment.
Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision.
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.
Familiarity with Git/version control.
Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
