RentenPe is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own and scale our customer lifecycle across
RentenPe, Rent Protect, Credit Cards and Loans.
What youll do:
Own customer journeys across onboarding, activation, retention & reactivation
Build and execute campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, SMS & Email
Drive customer segmentation and cohort analysis
Identify lifecycle drop-offs and improve conversion & retention
Run A/B tests across messaging, offers, timing and channels
Build cross-sell journeys across our product ecosystem
Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into action
Work towards building automated lifecycle journeys
What we’re looking for:
3–4 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention / Growth Marketing
Experience in consumer internet, fintech, payments, BFSI or similar businesses
Solid analytical and execution skills
Hands-on experience with CRM channels and campaign tools
Experience with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore / similar tools
SQL/data analytics experience is a plus
We're looking for someone who thinks beyond “What message should we send?” and asks, “Who should receive it, why now, and did it actually change their behaviour?”
