Experience: 10+ years in event management, preferably in a university, education, corporate, or institutional setting, with proven experience managing large-scale events.

Role Summary: Lead the planning and execution of university events, ensuring qualified, impactful, and seamless experiences aligned with institutional objectives and brand.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the annual events calendar, conferences, convocations, cultural, VIP, and institutional events.
Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, hospitality, safety, and compliance.
Coordinate with leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
Lead the events team and drive cutting-edge, technology-enabled execution.

Key Skills: Event planning, project management, budgeting, negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, creativity, and crisis management.

Salary – Upto Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per month (Gross)
