Mandatory Skills Description:• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on Retail Banking/Financial Services.
Solid mortgage domain knowledge, including origination, servicing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Signature/ AS400 Mainframe application.
Experience of working on Critical production issues.
Experience with batch job testing, file validations, and data reconciliation.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like qTest, JIRA.
Robust SQL skills for data validation and test data preparation.
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, SDLC methodologies.
Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts for projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
