Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

ESG & CSR skilled with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our ESG reporting, BRSR assurance, and CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting requirements, along with positive proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and development of

BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report)

and other ESG disclosures.
Assist in ESG data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Support the team in

BRSR assurance activities, including data validation, evidence collection, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Develop an understanding of and support reporting aligned with relevant

ESG frameworks and standards

Assist in the planning and implementation of

CSR initiatives and projects

.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for ESG and CSR-related information and documentation.
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other management materials related to ESG and CSR.




Support ongoing ESG and CSR projects and undertake research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
A degree in

Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Commerce, Social Sciences

, or a related discipline is preferred.

Key Requirements - Experience &

Skills (Must have)
1–2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, consulting, reporting, or a related field.
Working knowledge of

BRSR reporting and familiarity with major

ESG frameworks and standards

.
Understanding of

BRSR assurance processes and requirements.
Basic understanding of

CSR implementation and project management

.
Valuable working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

.
Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work with data, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with an interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
