We are looking for a motivated CRM & IT Sales Executive to generate leads, manage customer relationships, promote IT solutions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions.
Prepare quotations and proposals and handle negotiations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Interest in IT/software sales and business development.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
1+ year of experience in IT Sales/CRM/B2B Sales preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
