Department- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)

Location:Vadodara, Gujarat

Min Qualification:Bachelors in Medicine/ Allied healthcare with Masters in Public Health

Add Qualification:Prior experience in auditing, compliance, governance, or risk management. Experience working in the nonprofit sector.

Min Experience:More than 2 Years

Desirable Experience: Experience of working within Government department will be preferred

Computer Knowledge:Basic Computer Operation, MS Office, Basic Analysis

Languages:English, Hindi, Gujarati

Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



and ensure adherence to quality standards through regular internal supportive supervision visits.
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by developing action plans based on audit findings and field observations.
Review and strengthen processes and protocols in alignment with medico-legal requirements and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
Investigate non-compliance issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Design and implement learning and capacity-building plans for project staff to enhance technical and operational competencies.
Develop concise learning briefs and generate actionable insights based on field-level observations and program data.
