Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing EPC Tendering Dept.
Review and Summary for Substation Tender Document/Specification
Attending the Site Visit, Kick off meeting and meeting with Client for

Tendering
Define & Evaluating Competitors / competitive position
Making overall tendering schedule for Substation EPC tender.
BOQ and Work Scope define to request quotation to vendors and sub-contractors and review for final BOQ received from Design team.
Coordination with Tendering design team or sub-contractors to make Basic design and BOQ for tendering
Making Inquiry, receiving & clarification quotation and negotiation with sub-vendor and contractors
Making proposal document (Overall project schedule, organization chart,

technical data and drawing received from Vendors and other required document for Tender).
Costing / budgetary for complete Substation EPC project
Evaluate project risk
Review tender result / Hand-over successful bid to the project team.

Requirements

Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)




Managing and Coordination Design team and evaluating sub-vendors and sub-contractors for substation materials and works.
Knowledge of costing of overall substation project and risk
Knowledge of equipment and all related works for substation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years’ experience
MS-Office(Excel, Word, Power Point), Auto CAD(Printing and minor edit), MS-Project or Primavera
Managing or coordination for Min. 1 No. of substation construction execution
