A+ID Events & Opportunities Client Co-ordinator (Public Relations)

to be part of our PR team, focused on creating meaningful opportunities for our clients across architecture, interiors, design, lifestyle and related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant industry events, conferences, exhibitions, awards, panels and networking opportunities for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with event organisers, curators, publications and industry stakeholders.
Secure event invitations, speaking opportunities, panel placements, jury positions, award entries and other relevant opportunities for clients.
Proactively pitch clients for participation and representation at industry events.
Track upcoming events and create an prospect calendar for clients.
Coordinate with clients and organisers to manage nominations, applications, invites and participation.
Work closely with the PR team to identify opportunities that strengthen each client’s visibility and positioning.

What You Will Learn

How to develop and maintain a structured prospect pipeline and calendar system

How to translate a client’s profile into meaningful visibility across industry platforms.
How PR strategy connects directly with events, reputation-building and long-term positioning

We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in PR, events, media or communications.
Robust understanding of the architecture, interior design, art, lifestyle and luxury ecosystem

.
Excellent networking, communication and relationship-building skills.
Someone proactive who enjoys finding opportunities rather than waiting for them.
Solid research, follow-up and organisational skills.
A good understanding of how industry events, awards, conferences and panels work.
