Job Summary

We are looking for a French Language Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide effective support to French-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in French and English, along with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through voice, email and/or chat.
Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, complaints, and account-related queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer issues within defined SLA/TAT.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Meet defined CSAT, Quality,



AHT and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements
Fluent French communication skills – B2/C1 level preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
1–4 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO / International Voice Process.
Experience handling international/French-speaking customers will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with valuable listening and communication abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
