The trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training in AC servicing, installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of home appliances, along with practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training for FTOHA students.

Train students in AC servicing, installation, repair and troubleshooting.

Provide hands-on training on different home appliances.

Demonstrate tools, equipment, safety procedures and maintenance practices.

Assess students' practical and theoretical knowledge.

Maintain attendance, assessment and training-related records.

Prepare students for industry/placement opportunities.

Ensure quality and timely completion of the training curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications





ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification in AC & Refrigeration, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.

Practical experience in AC servicing and home appliance repair.

Previous experience as a Technical Trainer / Instructor will be preferred.

Positive communication and student-handling skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.

Candidates with strong industry experience and relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
