We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager with a robust technical understanding of textile/yarn products and experience in international sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow international markets for textile/yarn products.
Identify new customers, markets, agents and distributors across overseas markets.
Manage existing international customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Handle enquiries, quotations, price negotiations and order confirmations.
Understand customer requirements related to yarn specifications, quality, denier, filament, application and other technical parameters.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
Handle customer technical and commercial queries and coordinate resolution of complaints.
Monitor international market trends, competitor pricing and current business opportunities.
Track sales pipeline, order book, dispatches and receivables.
Prepare sales forecasts,



customer-wise reports and MIS for management.
Achieve assigned sales, profitability and business development targets.
Travel internationally for customer meetings, exhibitions and business development as required.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / Textile Chemistry / Textile Manufacturing or related technical discipline.
47 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably in textile/yarn manufacturing.
Experience in international sales, B2B sales and export markets.
Strong understanding of textile/yarn products and technical specifications.
Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Strong negotiation, communication and customer management skills.
Valuable analytical and commercial understanding.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Willingness to travel internationally.
