Job Purpose

Provide administrative, coordination and business support to the Founder & CEO while assisting in converting client interactions into effective marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and executive assistance to the Founder & CEO.
Manage meetings, schedules, follow-ups, correspondence and key tasks.
Attend client meetings with the Founder/CEO and document key requirements, discussions and action points.
Develop and coordinate marketing strategies and action plans based on client meetings and market inputs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of decisions and client requirements.
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS and meeting briefs as required.
Track important follow-ups,



deadlines and business commitments.
Support the Founder & CEO in business development and client relationship management.
Willingness to travel for client and business meetings as required.
Maintain confidentiality of business, client and management information.

Valuable understanding of marketing and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Strong presentation and report-preparation skills.
Skilled attitude with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
