Production Engineer – Aluminium Fabrication,

1. 3–5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication/manufacturing, preferably in Windows, Doors, Curtain Walls, Cladding, Louvers, and related products.
2. Solid technical knowledge of aluminium fabrication processes, including cutting, CNC machining, punching, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, and finishing.
3. Ability to read and understand shop drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications, and BOMs, and translate them into accurate production requirements.
4. Experience in production planning, process control, manpower allocation, material utilization, and production follow-up to achieve daily/weekly targets.
5. Strong knowledge of quality control, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and troubleshooting, with good coordination with Technical Office, QA/QC, Projects, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
