About the Role :

n

We are looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager to support health and wellness programs, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of health & wellness programs.
n
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
n
- Track client progress, identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
n
- Track project KPIs, timelines,



and action items and provide regular updates to the Project Manager & CMO.
n
- Support SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
n
- Proactively identify problems and work across teams to drive resolution.
n

What We're Looking For :

n

n
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, consulting, operations, or startups.
n
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Client-first mindset with solid attention to detail and ownership.
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
n
- Exposure to 0→1 / 1→100 journeys is a strong advantage.
n
- PMP certification is a plus.
n
- MBA
n
