Role & responsibilities
Lead Facility Operations: Oversee Security, F&B;, Housekeeping, and Engineering for seamless day-to-day hospital operations.
Ensure Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and patient experience.
Drive Team Performance: Supervise departmental teams, vendors, and service delivery to meet operational KPIs.
Optimize Facilities: Monitor preventive maintenance, asset uptime, and infrastructure readiness.
Support Operations Leadership: Act as the second line in the Operations team, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
