Key Responsibilities
Create digital and print creatives for academic programs, conferences, competitions, workshops, and events.
Develop promotional creatives for Junior Model UN and other Academic Partnerships initiatives.
Design posters, standees, banners, invitations, certificates, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, emailers, and event collaterals.
Create presentations, pitch decks, sponsorship decks, and information documents.
Support event branding and visual identity.
Adapt creatives across formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.
Support Junior Model UN design requirements across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
Develop committee-related visual assets, delegate communication material, signage, and event collateral.
Create designs for delegate kits, certificates, badges, stationery, merchandise, and other requirements.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing/production vendors.
Create social media and digital campaign assets for registrations, announcements, reminders, partnerships, and events.
Support school and institutional outreach material, proposals, brochures, and information packs.
Create visual reports, infographics, timelines, and project updates.
