We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Manage bulk email campaigns and email distribution
Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect lists
Generate qualified leads through email outreach
Research companies, decision-makers, and potential clients
Write high-converting cold email scripts and follow-up sequences
Create personalized email campaigns based on target industries
Manage follow-ups and improve response/conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, replies, and leads
Maintain solid email deliverability and reduce spam/bounce rates
Test different subject lines, messaging, and campaigns to improve results

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in cold email marketing and B2B lead generation
Experience with bulk email/campaign platforms




Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Robust English writing and communication skills
Experience generating leads for US-based businesses is a plus
Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailgun, SendGrid, or similar platforms is preferred

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take responsibility for the complete email marketing process — from prospect research and list building to email copywriting, campaign execution, follow-ups, and lead generation.
