Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, order management, inventory coordination, promotions, and day-to-day performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and pricing.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track inventory levels and coordinate stock availability across online channels.
Monitor product and category performance, sales, revenue, and marketplace metrics.
Manage promotions, discounts, offers,



and marketplace campaigns.
Identify prospects to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, offers, and marketplace activities.
Ensure accurate product information and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
Support the overall growth strategy for the companys e-commerce business.

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online retail, or D2C operations.
Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
