Role & responsibilities
Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for recent products as per development requirements.
Conduct formulation trials for tablets, capsules, dry/wet granules and other oral solid dosage forms.
Select suitable APIs, excipients and packaging materials based on product requirements.
Perform formulation trials, process optimization and troubleshooting.
Prepare and maintain BMR/BPR, formulation development reports and trial records.
Conduct compatibility studies, pre-formulation studies and support stability studies.
Coordinate with Analytical R&D;, QA, QC and Production teams for formulation development and scale-up.
Support technology transfer and scale-up from laboratory to pilot/commercial batches.
