Perform Duties as per MMR 1961.
Plan, supervise, and execute blasting operations in accordance with safety standards
Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of explosives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures before blasting.
Supervise and manage mining operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth production
Ensure consistent quality and adequate quantity of limestone delivered to the plant in compliance with quality and production targets
Allocate manpower and machinery effectively for optimum productivity
Prepare daily reports related to HEMM utilisation, productivity and cost
