Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Full-Time Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure across daily e-commerce operations, localized SEO/catalog management, customer coordination, and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day platform listings, product updates, and content optimization across gift and decoration categories.
Coordinate vendor, logistics, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist the marketing team with social media planning, short-form trend research, and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer queries and booking confirmations to maintain exceptional service quality.
Conduct basic market research, competitor benchmarking, and platform performance audits.





Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive attitude with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and event operations.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Familiarity with basic digital tools (Canva, social media platforms, or content management tools is a plus).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.
Recent graduates or final-year students available for immediate, in-office, full time commitment.
