When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our creative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in agile and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and qualified skills.

As part of the Tax Compliance team you will help clients navigate complex information reporting and withholding tax requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will apply tax technical skills, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions while确保 compliance with regulations. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge in tax compliance and make a significant impact on client engagements.

Responsibilities
Navigate complex information reporting and withholding tax requirements




Apply tax technical skills to develop cutting-edge solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure compliance with regulations
Analyze tax data to inform client strategies
Mentor junior staff on tax compliance innovative practices
Drive initiatives that enhance tax service delivery
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
3 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Google Applications
Understanding of IRS tax forms and requirements
Knowledge of Common Reporting Standard (CRS)
Experience in training and managing local staff
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing tasks
Collaborating with global colleagues
Contributing to team’s technical acumen
