Role & responsibilities:
Develop, test and deploy applications using Java 1.8, Spring Boot and J2EE.
Contribute to front-end development using Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support application features and business requirements.
Build and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations.
Contribute to bug fixes, production support and application performance tuning.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Document technical solutions and follow established coding and development best practices.
Actively learn and adopt new tools and technologies to improve delivery and development effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile: Positive knowledge of Spring Boot and REST API development; experience in Angular or any JavaScript framework with strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript; solid understanding of SQL including joins, stored procedures and query optimization; solid problem-solving and debugging skills. Exposure to Python scripting will be an added advantage.
