Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused F&B; Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable guest experience and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests in a skilled and friendly manner.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service areas.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and hotel SOPs.
Assist during banquets, events,



and special functions as required.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
Experience in hospitality or F&B; service is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
