Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for pending payments through phone calls, emails, and personal visits.
Collect, verify, and follow up on pending documents from customers by visiting their offices on Daily Basis
Visit customer locations for payment collection and account follow-ups.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and ensure timely payment recovery.
Update payment status and follow-up records regularly.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding outstanding payments.

Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is preferred.
Prior experience in payment collection, customer support, or field work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
