Role Description The Head of Finance is a full time role responsible for leading all financial operations, planning, and reporting at Stockinvesta. This role oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manages budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders. The Head of Finance will develop and maintain robust financial controls, support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, and partner with leadership on pricing, investment, and growth initiatives.

Daily activities include monitoring cash flow, optimizing resource allocation, coordinating audits and compliance activities,



and improving financial systems and processes. This position also involves mentoring finance team members and collaborating cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Finance with expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning, including forecasting and cost control.
Experience leading finance functions in a tech, fintech, or high-growth workplace.
Knowledge of regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements relevant to digital financial services.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with modern ERP or financial software tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and lead distributed teams.
