? We’re Hiring | Procurement Engineer – Bangalore

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our Bangalore team.

Experience: 3–4 years

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Outs

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and interior projects

- Source and evaluate vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Obtain competitive quotations and conduct price negotiations with vendors
- Prepare and compare vendor quotations and support cost optimization
- Handle procurement and billing-related activities
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams to ensure timely material procurement
- Develop a robust understanding of market rates and pricing trends
- Knowledge of Civil & MEP costing as per prevailing market standards
- Review BOQs, quantities, specifications, and vendor offers
- Maintain vendor database and develop reliable vendor networks





What We’re Looking For:✅ 3–4 years of relevant experience in procurement / construction / interior fit-out

✅ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of Civil & MEP materials and costing

✅ Ability to benchmark rates against current market standards

✅ Good knowledge of procurement processes and billing

✅ Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills

✅ Good communication and coordination skills
