Role Description This is a full time, on-site Print Designer role based in Noida.

The Print

Designer will develop original print concepts and repeat patterns for apparel collections, aligned with brand guidelines and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts for textiles, preparing print files for production, and collaborating with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective. The role involves researching print trends, colors, and techniques,



adapting designs for various fabrics and product categories, and maintaining a well-organized digital library of artwork.

The Print

Designer will also review samples, provide feedback on print quality, and help refine designs to meet both creative and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong print-focused design skills, including Print Design and Textiles, with experience creating repeat patterns and placement prints.
- Proficiency in visual and layout work, including Graphics and Graphic Design, using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of Branding and the ability to align print concepts with brand identity and target consumer preferences.
- Relevant experience in fashion or textile design, preferably in apparel manufacturing or retail environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, color sense, and ability to work from concept through to production-ready artwork.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Familiarity with print production processes, fabric types, and basic knowledge of sustainable materials and practices is an advantage.
