Role Description As a Pricing Manager at V4M Relocations, you will be responsible for developing and managing competitive pricing strategies for relocation services across household, corporate, and specialized moves. You will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and operational costs to create accurate quotations and rate cards, ensuring alignment with business targets and service quality standards. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to review proposals, validate pricing assumptions,



and support negotiations with clients and partners.

You will monitor performance metrics, margins, and service profitability, making data-driven recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotional offers. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including experience with cost analysis, margin calculation, and pricing models.
- Knowledge of logistics, relocation, or supply chain operations, with the ability to understand service components and cost drivers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other pricing or reporting tools, with comfort in working with large data sets and dashboards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales, operations, and management stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience in pricing or revenue management is preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering fair and transparent pricing to customers.
- Prior experience in the moving, transportation, or logistics sector in India or similar markets is an advantage.
