NAbout the Role:
NWe are seeking a dynamic and domain-fluent Sales & Distribution Presales Solutions Consultant to
Njoin our growing presalespractice. You will be the solution architect behind complex S&D;
Ntransformation bids — translating telecom operator channel and distribution challenges into
Ncompelling, defensible solution narratives while collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and
Nproduct teams to drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of deep channel operations
Nknowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence both field operations heads and CXOlevel
Nstakeholders through clarity of thought and communication.
NWhat You Will Do:
NSolutioning & RFP Response:
N- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client channel and distribution requirements
Nand develop tailored S&D; solutions, based on Comviva's BlueMarble Retail product suite,
Nthat address their operational and commercial needs.
N- Own end-to-end solutionarchitecture for large-scale Sales & Distribution transformation bids
Ncovering
n- Dealer& Channel Management, Inventory Management, Point of Sale, Field Force
NAutomation, Stock & OrderManagement, SIM Kitting, and Warehouse Management
N- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, RFP responses and contextual Product Demos —
Nensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and Comviva's business
Nobjectives
n- Design multi-channel, multi-geography distribution transformation approaches with
Nsupporting volumetrics, phasing options, and structured trade-off analysis.
NDomain & Technical Depth:
N- Act as a subject matterexpert on Comviva's Sales & Distribution platform — providing
Ncredible, experience-grounded guidance to clients and internal stakeholders across all S&D;
Nfunctional domains
n- Demonstrate deep understanding of Dealer & Channel Management — including distributor
Nhierarchies, channel partner onboarding, territory management, credit and commission
Nmanagement, and SLA-driven performance frameworks Architect solutions for Point of Sale
Nand Field Force Automation — covering assisted and unassisted sales flows, trade promotion
Nexecution, beat planning,retailer engagement, and real-time stock visibility for on-ground
Nsales teams
n- Design end-to-end Inventory and Warehouse Management solutions — including SIM and
Ndevice kitting workflows,stock allocation, replenishment logic, returns management, and
Nmulti-warehouse orchestration
N- Presales Delivery Buildhighly contextual compliance responses, high-quality solution
Nproposal documents, and bid response artefacts that accurately represent Comviva's S&D;
Nplatform capabilities
n- Prepare and conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations — bringing
NComviva's Sales & Distribution capabilities to life for channel operations heads, IT leadership,
Nand CXO audiences
n- Lead solution proposal defense workshops with customer evaluation committees and senior
Nstakeholders — structuring narrative, anticipating functional and commercial challenges, and
Nholding the room
n- Build program effort models and delivery timelines aligned to contract milestones, reflecting
Nrealistic go-live phasingacross channel, geography, and functional rollout sequences
N- Coach internal bid teams and client stakeholders on transformation risk — particularly
Naround channel cutover complexity, distributor data migration, parallel operations
Nmanagement, and change adoption across field force
NMarket & Client Engagement:
N- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to
Nmaintain a sharp understanding of the telecom Sales & Distribution market landscape —
Nincluding the evolving dynamics of digital channel management, e-SIM distribution, and AIdriven
Nfield force optimization Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, identify
Nopportunities for improvement, and contribute to Comviva's S&D; product development and
Nroadmap initiatives
nWhat You Bring Domain & Technical
N- 8–12 years across Sales& Distribution solutioning, presales, solution consulting, or channel
Noperations within a telecom product, services, or system integration company
N- Deep functional knowledge of telecom S&D; domains — Dealer & Distributor Management,
NChannel Hierarchy & Territory Management, Point of Sale (assisted and digital), Field Force &
NTrade Automation, Inventory & Warehouse Management, SIM/Device Kitting, and Stock &
NOrder Management
n- Hands-on experience with at least one large-scale S&D; transformation or platform
Nimplementation program — preferably covering multiple geographies or channel tiers
NWorking knowledge of how S&D; platforms integrate with BSS systems — CRM,
NEPC/Charging, and ERP — and the ability to articulate interface design and data flow
Npositions confidently
n- Familiarity with digital channel evolution in telecom — e-SIM provisioning, digital
Nonboarding, self-care forretailers, and omnichannel distribution models
N- Basic but confident understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps
Npractices — enough to engage credibly with technical evaluation teams and frame solution
Ndelivery positioning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to translate complex
Ndistribution operations into structured solution architectures and clear business value
