Key Responsibilities:

n

- Administer, monitor, and maintain AIX/UNIX servers in enterprise environments.
n
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of AIX systems.
n
- Manage user accounts, file systems, LVM, NIM, and system performance tuning.
n
- Monitor system availability, security, backups, and storage utilization.
n
- Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve server-related issues.
n
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and capacity planning activities.
n

Required Skills:

n

n
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in AIX Administration.
n
- Robust knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
n
- Experience with LVM, NIM, HACMP/PowerHA, system monitoring, and patch management.
n
- Good understanding of server performance tuning, backup, and recovery processes.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
