Leparo Lighting is looking for an experienced and responsible Female Godown Incharge – Billing & Accounts to manage inventory and day-to-day godown operations along with billing, invoicing and basic accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily godown and inventory operations.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward.
Handle billing, invoicing and sales/purchase entries.
Maintain physical stock and reconcile it with system records.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans and other stock-related documents.
Maintain purchase, sales and inventory records.
Handle basic accounting and data-entry activities.
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, suppliers and transporters.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills and records.
Prepare basic stock and billing reports for management.
Ensure proper arrangement and maintenance of the godown.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Billing & Invoicing
Basic Accounting knowledge
Inventory & Stock Management
MS Excel and MS Office
Tally / ERP knowledge preferred
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Responsible and detail-oriented approach
Eligibility
Female candidate, 30–45 years
12th Pass / Graduate; Commerce background preferred
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
Candidates with experience in Lighting, Electrical, Hardware, Trading or Distribution industry will be preferred.
Should be comfortable independently handling billing, inventory and godown-related responsibilities.
