Source candidates through suitable recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.
Shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with department heads regarding candidate selection.
Assist with the pre-interview assessment process for candidates and provide the result to hiring managers if needed.
Prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment and candidate records.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Recruitment administrative support
Assist in preparing and processing manpower requisition forms for approval.
Assist in preparing and updating organizational charts.
Assist in preparing and generating manpower-related reports.
Provide interview assessment form(IAF)



after candidate selection before proceeding with the candidate's employment approval process.
Onboarding
Collect and verify current employee documents.
Coordinate joining formalities.
Conduct or coordinate induction training.
Arrange employee ID cards.
Coordinate email and system access.
Complete the onboarding checklist.
Handover the recent employee to the concerned department.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees.
