Role Description The Insurance Advisor role at FinanceKaro Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Insurance

Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance products. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy features, preparing quotes, assisting with applications, and following up on renewals and claims-related queries. Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Insurance products and practices, along with a solid understanding of Finance fundamentals.
Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, including the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance and financial recommendations.
Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex information in an accessible manner.
Relevant experience in insurance advisory, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
