Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR plans aligned with project timelines, manpower requirements, and business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of project/site manpower, including engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, and support staff.
Prepare manpower budgets, workforce forecasts, and deployment plans in coordination with project teams.
Manage contractor and subcontractor workforce, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, deployment, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee and workforce records, attendance, payroll inputs, leave, and personnel documentation.
Partner with project leadership to address employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, communication, and retention across project sites.
Coordinate induction, onboarding, training, safety orientation, and capability-development programs.
Support performance management and ensure timely completion of appraisal and review processes.
Monitor workforce productivity, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and other HR metrics.
Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Manage HR audits, inspections, statutory documentation, and compliance reporting.
Develop HR dashboards and MIS covering manpower, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, contractor workforce, and compliance.
Support organizational change, digital HR initiatives, and adoption of up-to-date HR technologies.
Build a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work culture across project locations.
Act as a strategic HR partner to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and functional heads.
Pay: ₹15,660.63 - ₹60,000.00 per month
