Role & responsibilities
Lead Oracle and/or SQL Server database operations, major incident resolution, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Design, implement,



and support High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Drive database performance tuning, optimization, scalability, and capacity planning initiatives.
Lead automation and operational efficiency programs using scripting and database tools.
Mentor database administrators and provide technical guidance across projects and operations.
Support database migration, upgrade, consolidation, and modernization initiatives.
Establish database security, governance, compliance, and operational standards.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve database reliability and service quality.
