Role & responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center network environments.




Troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and performance issues to ensure service availability.
Perform configuration changes, network maintenance, and optimization activities.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with operational standards.
Conduct network monitoring, packet analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
Collaborate with OEM vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Support network documentation, governance, and knowledge-sharing activities.
