nKey Responsibilities

N1. Business Development &Deal; Sourcing

N

Identify and evaluate potential redevelopment opportunities across housing societies, clusters, and slum rehabilitation projects.
N
Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and networking to build a robust pipeline of prospective projects.
N
Assess commercial viability by preparing initial financial models and feasibility studies.
N
Drive business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
N

n2. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

N

n
Build trust-basedrelationships with society members, managing committees, and local influencers.
N
Act as the primary point of contact for societies throughout the engagement lifecycle.
N
Organize and conduct society meetings, presentations, and negotiations to address queries and align expectations.
N




Collaborate with external stakeholders including architects, project management consultants, legal advisors, and government officials.
N

n3. Legal & Regulatory Negotiations

N

n
Lead negotiationson redevelopment agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.
N
Ensure compliance with redevelopment-related regulations under DPCR, RERA, and local municipal guidelines.
N
Liaise with legal teamsfor drafting and execution of agreements, Power of Attorneys, and related documentation.
N
Mitigate risks by proactively addressing regulatory or legal challenges.
N

n4. Transition & Execution Support

Oversee smooth handover of finalized deals to execution teams for project commencement.
N
Coordinate with internal departments (design, project, legal, finance) and external consultants to secure statutory approvals.
N
Monitor timelines for IOD/CC/other regulatory clearances, ensuring project readiness.
N
Support resolution of society-level issues or authority-related bottlenecks during transition.
N
