Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies.
Check Ayushman Bharat/Arogya Karnataka card ABRK Scheme
Follow up Government Insurance Scheme
Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
Check and submit insurance claim documents.
Monitor claim status and follow up on pending/rejected claims.
Coordinate with doctors, billing, medical records, and other departments.
Handle claim queries, deductions, and rejections.
Ensure accurate billing and insurance documentation.
Maintain daily/monthly insurance reports.
Resolve patient and insurance-related complaints.
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies.
Guide and supervise the insurance/billing team.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
