Eligibility Criteria
Must have experience in telecollections related to banking products only.
Robust proficiency in English & Hindi language (speaking and understanding).
Excellent communication skills with persuasive ability.
Educational qualification: Any UG degree.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for banking products.
Explain product features and perks clearly and convincingly in Hindi.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective telecalling.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
