Key Responsibilities - Act as main coordination point between support teams and infra experts
Track incidents, requests, and ensure resolution follow-up
Perform technical operations:
VM provisioning and lifecycle (VMware)
Admin of Linux & Windows environments
Monitoring and alert handling (Nagios / Grafana)
Handle Level 2 support autonomously
Manage:
Patch deployment and upgrades
Vulnerability remediation (Tenable)




Support operations on:
Fortinet firewalls
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
Perform basic troubleshooting on:
AD / DNS / domain issues
Web services (Apache, Nginx)
Databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
Maintain documentation and suggest improvements Required Skills - Solid experience with:
Active Directory, DNS, domain management
Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025
Linux (RedHat, Debian)
VMware
Valuable knowledge of:
Apache, Nginx
