Qualification : BE/ B- Tech , MBA will be added advantage

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Overall Plant Operations: Take complete ownership of day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth, efficient production.
- Production Planning & Execution: Drive production planning, capacity utilization, line balancing and achievement of daily/monthly production targets.
- On-Time Delivery: Ensure customer requirements are met with 100% focus on delivery adherence.
- Quality: Own plant quality performance and ensure adherence to IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements and internal quality systems.
- Process Control: Ensure strict adherence to Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instructions and defined process parameters.
- Productivity & Efficiency: Improve manpower productivity, line efficiency, OEE and overall plant utilization.
- Manpower Management: Plan manpower requirements, skill development, training, discipline and performance management of operators and supervisors.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and implement initiatives for reducing scrap, rework, rejection, overtime and manufacturing costs.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke,



Lean Manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Customer Complaints: Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams for quick containment, root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- New Product Introduction: Support Engineering/Program teams in new product development, process setup, trials and production launch.
- Machine & Equipment: Ensure machine availability, preventive maintenance, breakdown reduction and effective utilization of manufacturing equipment.
- Material Coordination: Work closely with Purchase, Stores and Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of materials and components.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with statutory, environmental and company requirements.
- MIS & Performance Review: Establish and monitor KPIs and conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with the plant team.
- Team Leadership: Build a solid culture of ownership, accountability, discipline and continuous improvement across the plant.
