NTata Consultancy Services(TCS) is seeking experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects.

NKey Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM.
N
- Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
N
- Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities.
N
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
N
- Develop and support People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports.
N
- Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications.
N
- Troubleshoot productionissues and provide timely resolution.
N
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
N
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
N

- Hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.

- Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as:

- Purchasing (PO)

- Overall Experience: 6-10 Years
N
- Relevant experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.
N
- Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project.
N
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

- PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Experience.

- Cloud Integration Experience.
