NThis is an in-house role across The Oyster Studios & Pinnacle Creative House.

NYou'll work on our own brands and also handle performance campaigns for our clients across weddings, healthcare, real estate and other high-ticket businesses.

NWhat you'll be doing:

- Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram

- Lead generation & campaign optimization

- Wedding inquiry generation

- Retargeting

- Audience research & customer psychology
N
- Landing page & funnel optimization
N
- Improving lead quality and conversion
N
- Creative testing with our content team
N
- Tracking CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and revenue
N
- Scaling campaigns basedon performance
N

nWho are we lookingfor?

NSomeone with around 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience.

NSomeone who has actually run campaigns and can tell us:

NWhat did you run?

nHow much did you spend?

NWhat results did you get?

NWhat went wrong?

nWhat did you change?

NExperience in wedding photography, event management,



luxury events, hospitality, healthcare, real estate or other high-ticket businesses is a big advantage.

NWe care about execution more than certifications.

NThis role is NOT for:

NSomeone who only knows how to boost posts

NSomeone who talks strategy but hasn't executed

NSomeone obsessed with impressions and reach

NSomeone who needs to be told what to do every day

NSomeone who can't explaintheir campaign numbers

NYou'll work directly withthe founder and our creative team.
